Near the end of February 2012, President Obama released his business tax reform plan which had been hinted at for some time. In his 2011 State of the Union address he said he favored a lower tax rate achieved in a revenue neutral manner. His Feb 2012 plan lays out some of the details, but many items are still a bit general, such as eliminating accounting gimmicks.
